its detailing. Gustav Stickley introduced his line of spindle
furniture in 1905, due, some say. to his seeing the furniture Frank Lloyd
Wright created for the Darwin Martin house in Buffalo the year
before. Whatever the inspiration, Stickley's spindle pieces are
