All our
reproduction carpets are hand-woven of 100% wool on a cotton foundation. Most are
made in India, although some come from Chile, Turkey and China as well. They are
all authentic Arts & Crafts patterns, recreated as meticulously as possible so that
they will not have that harsh, brittle new look. We use modern, light-fast dyes, in
the original color palettes wherever possible, but a final "tea-washing" assures
a soft, vintage look, with all the benefits of modern construction methods. Please

I am so happy to offer this carpet exclusively. It is a beautiful pattern, very sedate and elegant, with great colors that will work with any interior scheme. Furniture looks fantastic on this carpet. Interestingly, this is one of only two Voysey carpet patterns that Gustav Stickley retailed in his catalogs, the other being the Bloomsbury (below) |
