Finishes and Glasses
Actual patterns and coloration of the art glasses and process metal
finishes may vary from the samples provided. This is due to the nature of the
product and our hand finishing. Verdigris Patina, Raw Copper, Mission Brown and
Bronze finishes are of the organic nature and like snowflakes, no to look exactly alike.
These finishes will also darken with age.
Lacquer is a coating used to protect the finish on our fixtures. It will eventually
yellow and deteriorate. This process varies greatly according to exposure to
sunlight, moisture and handling. Applying was to your fixtures will slow the aging
process. We are governed by E.P.A. Standards and may only use water-based lacquer,
which is not as durable as solvent-based lacquer.
