CARBON FILAMENT LIGHT BULBS

For an authentic look in new or period fixtures, this is the only bulb.  Developed for the restoration of Adler & Sullivan's Auditorium Theater in Chicago, these carbon-filament bulbs provide a warm period glow that is just not possible with any other modern bulb.  They are not very bright, but they are wonderfully romantic, and long lasting.  We've had a pair in our dining room at home for almost 10 years.  Available in 30W (very dim) and 60W (a bit brighter.)

PUSH-BUTTON SWITCHES and COVER PLATES

switches.JPG (24552 bytes) There's only one company in the world that I know of that makes these beautiful switches.  Exact replicas of the old ones, complete with a "mother of pearl" on-button, they are easy to install and are a wonderful detail for a period or recreated interior.  They are available in single, 3-way, 4-way and dimmers.  These heavy-duty switches are UL listed.  
Complete the look with our solid brass cover plates.  Very heavy gauge, with the sharp rectangular corners that match the old plates. Many other configurations are available, including combination outlet and push button or GFI / decora switch. Please inquire.

Reproduction Arts & Crafts key

This key will fit most Gustav, L&JG and other period locks.   Hand-cast metal with a copper plating, it will acquire a nice patina and save you a lot of headaches.  Get two - one to use and one for a spare.
