We want you to be happy with all your purchases from us.  Please ask whatever and as many questions as you need in order to satisfy yourself.  If your item arrives and you truly are not happy, we will accept a return according to the few following provisions:

1. No returns will be accepted after 10 days from the date of receipt of the item except for store credit. No exceptions. 

2. No returns will be accepted on sale, discounted or custom order items.

3. All returns are subject to a 10% processing fee. Carpet returns also subject to shipping charges to and from our warehouse.
